How long will standard orders take?

 

Regular shipping times for domestic orders are based on processing time plus shipping time.

  • Standard delivery orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days, and will arrive 5 to 9 business days from the date they were shipped.
  • Expedited delivery is guaranteed to arrive within 3 business days.
  • Express delivery is guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days of purchase.

Please Note: For purposes of calculating total ship time, the date of purchase will be the following day for any orders received after 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET. These delivery times do not apply to shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.

For larger, oversized items such as furniture and strollers, there may be an additional overweight handing surcharge to cover extra shipping costs. Such charges are listed on the “shipping info” tabs of our product pages and are clearly noted during checkout and prior to confirmation of your purchase(s).

 

What if I only get part of my order?

In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together.  This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that had not yet shipped. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays in shipping.

 

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

 

Yes, we are able to ship to the majority of The Flying Pram items to these two states. However, there are some oversized furniture items that cannot be shipped safely to customers in Alaska and Hawaii. In those cases, The Flying Pram customer service will alert you directly and reserves the right to cancel those items in your order.  You will not be charged for any item that does not ship to you.

 

Do you ship outside the United States?

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. We also are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.

 

Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?

 

Unfortunately, we cannot. Our shipping partner is UPS so orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.  Please provide a valid postal address during checkout.

 

Do you offer assembly services for larger items like furniture, strollers, and highchairs?

 

For customer ordering larger items in the Orange County Area, local delivery and assembly services may be available.  Please Call 1-949-515-3511 for more information.

 

How do you ship gift cards?

 

Gift cards are shipped separately from regular merchandise via First Class U.S. Postal Service.  There is a flat $1.50 shipping fee for each shipping address receiving a card.  Gift cards usually ship within 2 business days.  Please allow 4 to 6 business days for delivery.  Gift cards may be shipped to U.S. addresses only. When calculating your order’s shipping charge, the value of the gift card does not count towards your total purchase amount and will not affect the shipping charges assigned to non-gift card purchases.
