Returns & Exchanges

 

 

We have scoured the globe for our fine selection of products, and we hope you are delighted with your purchases from The Flying Pram.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 15 days from the purchase date for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs and overweight surcharges).  Non-sale merchandise returned without a receipt or merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt shall be exchanged for store credit only.  All sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits will be given. Any/all available store credits will be issued at the lowest selling price and are applicable towards store merchandise only (no gift cards).  **Please see below for more specific information on returns.

 

All returns may be made via mail or in our store, whichever is most convenient for you.  Shipping charges will apply to mail-in exchanges.

 

To make a return or exchange, please call our store at 949-515-3511 Tuesday-Saturday and ask for customer service to obtain a return authorization number between 12pm-6pm PST. You may also obtain a return authorization number by sending an email anytime to customerservice@theflyingpram.com.

For security purposes, we recommend sending your return/exchange via traceable service (UPS, Fed Ex or USPS delivery confirmation).  We will not be held responsible for merchandise lost/damaged during the return shipping process.

**Clothing & Skin Care/Bath Products- Return Specifics

·                      Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed – and all tags must be attached.  Again, we will not accept the return or exchange of any merchandise if there is evidence the merchandise has been used.  Merchandise must be returned/exchanged in its original condition..  It is up to the discretion of our customer service department to make this determination.

·                     The following merchandise is non-refundable:

o                    Sale items

o                    Special order items

o                    Personalized items

o                    Bathing suits

o                    Bath products (lotions, shampoos, brushes, etc).

**Gear & Toys -Return Specifics

  1. Refunds will be issued when products have passed inspection at our location. Products will not be accepted without a RMA number. If merchandise is returned without a RMA number, you will be responsible for all associated costs. RMA number must be marked clearly outside the packaging. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURN PACKAGES WITHOUT THE RMA NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE SHIPPING LABEL. DO NOT PUT THE RMA NUMBER ON THE BOX/PACKAGE ITSELF. THIS WILL RESULT IN A RESTOCKING FEE. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING ON ALL RETURN ITEMS.
  2. All returns must still be in brand new condition and have all the original packaging and original contents included. UPC bar codes and tags must still be intact and attached for all returns.

Defective Items:

Defective products are rare and can be exchanged for the same new product or returned within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period of time, the exchange will have to be done by the manufacturer under the warranty. Note that all returned products that are claimed defective are tested by our technicians. If they are found not to be defective, you will not be issued a refund. If a problem occurs after 30 days, please note that every third party product you buy from The Flying Pram is backed by the product manufacturer's warranty.
