We have scoured the globe for our fine selection of products, and we hope you are delighted with your purchases from The Flying Pram.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return non-sale merchandise with an original receipt up to 15 days from the purchase date for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs and overweight surcharges).  Non-sale merchandise returned without a receipt or merchandise accompanied by a gift receipt shall be exchanged for store credit only.  All sale and special order purchases are final; no refunds or credits will be given. Any/all available store credits will be issued at the lowest selling price and are applicable towards store merchandise only (no gift cards).  **Please see below for more specific information on returns.

All returns may be made via mail or in our store, whichever is most convenient for you.  Shipping charges will apply to mail-in exchanges.

To make a return or exchange, please call our store at 949-515-3511 Tuesday-Saturday and ask for customer service to obtain a return authorization number between 12pm-6pm PST. You may also obtain a return authorization number by sending an email anytime to customerservice@theflyingpram.com.

For security purposes, we recommend sending your return/exchange via traceable service (UPS, Fed Ex or USPS delivery confirmation).  We will not be held responsible for merchandise lost/damaged during the return shipping process.

·                      Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed – and all tags must be attached.  Again, we will not accept the return or exchange of any merchandise if there is evidence the merchandise has been used.  Merchandise must be returned/exchanged in its original condition..  It is up to the discretion of our customer service department to make this determination.

**Gear & Toys -Return Specifics

Defective Items:

Defective products are rare and can be exchanged for the same new product or returned within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period of time, the exchange will have to be done by the manufacturer under the warranty. Note that all returned products that are claimed defective are tested by our technicians. If they are found not to be defective, you will not be issued a refund. If a problem occurs after 30 days, please note that every third party product you buy from The Flying Pram is backed by the product manufacturer's warranty.

Shipping Information

Orders will normally be shipped within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. All orders are regularly shipped using UPS ground. If you would like your order to arrive soon, you can pay for expedited processing (will leave in 1 business day) at the cost indicated in the checkout process.. For Alaska, Hawaii and international orders, customers will be contacted after their order is placed to inform them of their shipping charges.

TRANSIT TIME

Most items ship the next business day, (M-F), unless otherwise noted in the item availability field in the product description. (Please note that we usually SHIP the next business day, not DELIVER.) Shipments outside the US usually ship in 2-3 business days and usually arrive within 10-14 days after the order is placed.

Transit time depends on the recipient's location and the method of shipping selected,(please refer to shipping chart above). Only business days are counted in transit time. Please be sure to request the proper shipping method for your needs, particularly if you have ordered an item that does not ship the next business day. You will need to add the days required for shipment to transit times for these items.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer several options for shipping of your order including Standard Ground, Rush, and Express shipping. (NOTE: Bedding, room decor, gift baskets, and any items marked "Ground Shipping Only" must be shipped UPS Ground. These items cannot be shipped outside the continental US.) Orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail at the Standard Ground rates. Please see chart below for rates and information on International shipments and shipments to Canada.

Standard Ground shipments may be shipped via either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground at our discretion. Priority Mail shipments usually take 2-3 days to arrive, but this time frame is not guaranteed. We are on the West Coast, so UPS shipments may take up to 5 business days from date of shipment. (Holidays and weekend days are not counted in transit time.) A shipment to the East Coast, for example, usually takes one full week to arrive via UPS. If you need to receive your shipment by a specific date we recommend choosing either our Rush or Express shipping options. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email when your order has been shipped.

SHIPMENTS TO CANADA

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (This includes all orders outside of US, US Territories, and Canada.) Shipments outside the US usually ship from our warehouse 2-3 business days after order is placed and usually arrive within 10 days or less after the order is placed. International orders cannot be shipped to a separate address -- they may only be shipped to the verifiable billing address on file with the credit card company. A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when the order has been shipped.

Important Information for Canadian & International Customers

We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges. On some international shipments a "disbursement" or "advancement fee" is charged by the shipping company. We also have no control over these charges.

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.
